Complimentary consultation time with every order

Est. in the classical tradition

Ayurveda, kept whole.

Formulations made to the old proportions, from herbs we can name the source of — and a practitioner on the other end of every order.

Classical method

Formulated to the proportions set down in the Charaka and Sushruta Samhitas — not reinterpreted for shelf life.

Single-origin herbs

Kashmiri saffron, Himalayan shilajit, Ashwagandha from Rajasthan. Traced to the grower, tested batch by batch.

A practitioner, included

Fifteen minutes of consultation time with every product you buy. Book it when you are ready, not on a timer.

Included with every order

A remedy without guidance is half the medicine.

Classical Ayurveda was never a shelf you picked from. It was a practitioner reading your pulse, your season and your appetite, and adjusting from there. We have kept that part. Every product in your order banks fifteen minutes of consultation time to your account — yours to use whenever a real question turns up.

How consultations work
An Ayurvedic practitioner in consultation

Where to begin

Start with what is bothering you

Ayurveda treats the pattern rather than the symptom — but the symptom is usually where you notice it first. Start there; the practitioner will widen the view.

The regimen

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us how you are

A short questionnaire on digestion, sleep, energy and constitution. It takes four minutes.

  2. 02

    Choose your formulations

Up to three products per order — enough for a regimen, not so many that nothing gets a fair trial.

  3. 03

    Speak to a practitioner

Fifteen minutes per product, banked to your account. Use it when a question actually comes up.

  4. 04

    Adjust as you go

Ayurveda is seasonal. Your practitioner revises the regimen as your body and the year change.

Ayurvedic herbs and preparation

On sourcing

We can tell you which valley the saffron came from.

Potency in Ayurveda is not a marketing claim — it is a function of where a herb grew, when it was harvested and how long it sat before it was processed. We buy direct, in small quantities, and test every batch for heavy metals and identity before it goes into a formulation.
